Overview
The TSM FastBack Data Protection and Recovery team (formerly FilesX) is located in the Matam Business Park in Haifa, Israel. The group is responsible for research, development, qualification, and support of the IBM Tivoli Storage Manager FastBack product suite. The team specializes in storage, data protection, and recovery technologies including block-level incremental forever software-based snapshots, continuous data protection, near-instant recovery of applications, bare machine recovery, and Exchange item-level recovery. The FastBack product suite is part of the IBM Tivoli Storage Manager product line, enhancing IBM’s support in the Windows environment, in remote branches, and in small and medium business districts.
